Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will never pass on your details to a third person unless required to do so by law We do not see your credit/debit card details.

Pricing If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted).

Payment  All Cheques should be made payable to L Cameron UK only, please allow up to 5 working days for the cheque to clear before your item(s) are dispatched. We will notify you when your cheque has been received and when your items are dispatched.

Paypal Account Holders Credit cards payments will be instant however Paypal echeques can take up to two weeks to clear.  Items will not be sent until the echeque has cleared. We will notify when the cheque has cleared and your order dispatched.

Shipping Postage is charged by weight at the Royal Mail's current rates with a £1 packaging and admin charge on every order.  Parcels under 2kg will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class.  Parcels over 2kg will be dispatched by standard parcel service 3-5 working days. Airmail Europe 3-5 working days.   FREE Postage on all UK orders over £75.   Applies to UK only.

Exchange/Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else.   We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any items returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Please contact us for a return number on 01603 717340 or e-mail us before returning any item.   The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs except when an item is faulty when all postage costs will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy policy At Your Presents we take our customers privacy very seriously and will not pass information to third parties unless required to do so in law. Customers details  are only used by us for the order and dispatch process. We do not see your credit/debit card details. The Merchant that we use is Paypal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) . Note the yellow padlock will be present went inputing your credit/debit card details.  We do not see any of your credit card information as this is dealt with directly by Paypal. 

Delivery We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible not longer than 3 working days of your order being placed.
