Your Presents take our customers privacy very seriously and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any information disclosed to us is only used by us for the order and dispatch process. The only information that we see is your name, address, phone number and email address. Your email address may be used to send you a newsletter but only if you subscribed to it.

We do use 'cookies' on our website which helps keep track of items you have put in your basket to make your shopping experience easier. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time and you can also delete any saved cookies on your hard drive by deleting all 'temporary internet files' via your control panel in windows.

The Merchants we use are PayPal who automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL). 

Note the yellow padlock will be present when you input your card details.

We also have a Thawte SSL certificate installed on the site to  protect any personal information that is entered prior to the payment pages again look out for the yellow padlock at the bottom right of your screen.

We do not see or store any of your card details as this is dealt with by Paypal.
