By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will never pass on your details to a third person unless required to do so by law.  We do not see your credit/debit card details.

Pricing If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted)

Shipping Postage is charged by weight at the Royal Mail's current rates with an additional  £1 admin charge on every order.  Parcels under 2kg will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class.  Parcels over 2kg will be dispatched by standard parcel service 3-5 working days. Airmail Europe 3-5 working days.   There is a courier option for a flat  £4.99 for any order of any size or weight.
Please note we are not responsible for late-delivery where Royal Mail has failed to meet its contractual obligations.
Please be aware that Royal Mail will not declare items as lost until 15 working days have passed and We cannot act until this time has passed.

Exchange/Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else.   We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any items returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Please contact us for a returns number on 01603 717340 or e-mail us before returning any item.  You have a right to cancel any order within 7 days of receipt of the item. You can also write to Returns Your Presents, Brazen Hurn Brundall Rd, Blofield, Norwich Norfolk NR13 4 LB.   The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs except when an item is faulty when all postage costs will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy policy At Your Presents we take our customers privacy very seriously and will not pass information to third parties unless required to do so in law. Customers details  are only used by us for the order and dispatch process. We do not see your credit/debit card details. The Merchant that we use is Paypal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) . Note the yellow padlock will be present when inputing your credit/debit card details.  We do not see any of your credit card information as this is dealt with directly by Paypal. 

Delivery We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next working day and will never be longer than 3 working days.
