TERMS and CONDITIONS 

By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will never pass on your details to a third person unless required to do so by law.  We do not see your credit/debit card details.

Pricing If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted)

Paypal Account Holders Credit cards payments will be instant.

Delivery We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next working day and will never be longer than 2 working days.

Your order is generated and processed via details input into our web site ordering system by you. Incomplete addresses, typographical, spelling or any errors made by you in completion of this process may result in non delivery,  We cannot refund or assist where the error is generated by incorrect information being supplied by the client at the point of order.

Shipping Postage is charged by weight at the Royal Mail's current rates however items valued £30 and over will be dispatched by Recorded Signed For only.  All orders have an additional  £1 admin charge on every order. 
Parcels under 2kg will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class.  Parcels over 2kg will be dispatched by standard parcel service 3-5 working days.

There is a courier option for a flat  £5.99 for any order of any size or weight 5/7 business working days.
Please note we are not responsible for late-delivery where Royal Mail has failed to meet its contractual obligations.
Please be aware that Royal Mail will not declare items as lost until 15 working days have passed and we cannot act until this time has passed. This is out of our control but please bear it in mind if ordering goods.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

Airmail Europe 5 - 10 working days.

Worldwide shipping takes approx  10/13 working days but could take considerably longer.. This is out of our control but please bear it in mind if ordering goods. The buyer is responsible for all taxes due for the order.



Exchange/Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else. 

In the UK You also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order or the item is faulty in some way thenyou must tell us in writing, by telephone or email within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the product is delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, and get a  certificate of posting which is free. You must take reasonable care of the product and you should return the product to us (at your own risk and cost) within 7 working days of notifying us of your cancellation. If the product is faulty then the return postage via second class royal mail  will also be refunded.The product must be returned unused (except to the extent use was reasonably necessary to examine the product). Please return the product with its original packaging. We will refund the second class purchase price in full.

Privacy policy At Your Presents we take our customers privacy very seriously and will not pass information to third parties unless required to do so in law. Customers details  are only used by us for the order and dispatch process. We do not see your credit/debit card details. The Merchant that we use is Paypal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) . Note the yellow padlock will be present when inputing your credit/debit card details.  We do not see any of your credit card information as this is dealt with directly by Paypal.
