By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will never pass on your details to a third person unless required to do so by law. We do not see your credit/debit card details.
Pricing If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted)
Paypal Account Holders Credit cards payments will be instant.
Delivery We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next working day and will never be longer than 2 working days.
Your order is generated and processed via details input into our web site ordering system by you. Incomplete addresses, typographical, spelling or any errors made by you in completion of this process may result in non delivery, We cannot refund or assist where the error is generated by incorrect information being supplied by the client at the point of order. N.B If instructions are given to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in an outside location Royal Mail will not accept responsibility for any subsequent loss hence we cannot compensate for this loss.
Please be aware that Royal Mail will not declare items as lost until 15 working days have passed and we cannot act until this time when we will require a statement from you confirm the item has not been delivered.. This is out of our control but please bear it in mind if ordering goods.
Non Delivered Goods
If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item if in stock. We will require a statement from you stating you have not received the said item in order to start a criminal investigation with Royal Mail. Please note any instructions from a customer to leave an item in an outside location invalidates any claim for that said item if it goes missing.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
Please note we do not trade B2B unless by prior arrangement when DSR will not be applicable.
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else.
In the UK You also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order or the item is faulty in some way then you must tell us in writing, by telephone or email within 14 working days from the day after the date on which the product is delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, and get a certificate of posting which is free. You must take reasonable care of the product and you should return the product to us (at your own risk and cost) within 7 working days of notifying us of your cancellation.
If the product is faulty then please contact us for instructions and only return the item is requested to do so. The return postage via second class royal mail will also be refunded. We will not refund 1st class royal mail or any express/priority charges.The product must be returned unused (except to the extent use was reasonably necessary to examine the product). Please return the product with its original packaging. If the item was ordered with an express option we will only refund the second class postage applicable to the item.
Please note we do not do a return/refund for items ordered outside of the EU and cannot be responsible for items missing or broken. Please contact your courier.
Your Presents take our customers privacy very seriously and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any information disclosed to us is only used by us for the order and dispatch process. The only information that we see is your name, address, phone number and email address. Your email address may be used to send you a newsletter but only if you subscribed to it.
We don't store personally identifiable information such as credit card details in cookies. The Merchants we use are PayPal who automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL).
We do not see or store any of your card details as this is dealt with by Paypal.
